First, make sure you're an administrator.

 

While Maestro can't help you bypass administrator permissions on your computer, there are a few things you can do to check if you are an administrator.

 

• If your organization has IT staff, bring the installation error to their attention.

 

• Look in "User Accounts" in Windows to check that you are logged in as an administrator.

 

• Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and view the Task Manger to check your user type.

 

You must ensure that you are an administrator before proceeding.
