Let's try another common fix.

1. Press Windows Start.
2. Type Run, and press Enter.
3. Type/paste:
   regsvr32 C:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll
4. Press Enter.
5. Once the dll has been registered, you can immediately try running the installation again.
